Located in Shop 5 of Parks Shopping Centre, Mayde Health Nutrition Bar serves up meat, vegetarian, and vegan fare. Among those offered are acai bowls, soup of the day, salads, burgers, falafel wraps, chickpea patties with roast veg, Mexican bowl, zoodles with pesto and salsa, un-fried rice, pizzas, pasta dishes, bruschetta, nachos with tomato salsa, Buddha bowls with avo and hummus dip, baked goods, raw sweet treats, juices, smoothies, iced tea, and Mayde tea. Acai bowls come with fresh fruit and granola. Smoothies are served with a choice of milk: almond, soy, rice, coconut, full cream, or skim. Vegan fare and dishes free of gluten and sugar are clearly labelled. Menu changes daily. Seats are limited. Takeaway containers and cutlery are environment friendly.
