The Bamboo Buddha is a vegetarian cafe, tea garden, gallery and nursery set in a serene Bali-style garden setting featuring koi and goldfish ponds. Menu includes Thai noodle salad, risoni salad with pesto, buddha burger, roasted vegetable wrap, spinach and feta frittata, brie-illiant roll, banana/fruit bread, vegan date cookie, orange and poppy seed macaroons, lemon and lime tart, gluten-free orange and almond cake, gluten-free florentines, triple chocolate brownie, ice creams and sorbets from Serendipity, chai spice tea, and more. The gallery features the works of local artists and also hosts a variety of events such as Buddhist talks and classes discussing Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and yoga. The nursery sells many different varieties of clumping bamboo as well as native plants. Reservations are accepted.
