Realfoods Organic Cafe
Starky
Perfect for the RMIT uni student with a busy schedule. This little gem is mostly run by volunteers and some of the friendliest, most caring and sincere staff across Melbourne from around the world. The food is entirely vegan, organic and DELICIOUS! Green smoothies are a must try for any first timers. Don't be put off by the colour - they taste like a banana smoothie. Located up in the food court at the very end past all of the other shops and cafes inside RMIT, this amazing cafe is across from Melbourne Central station and easy to get to. As it is in a food court of a university, it can sometimes get a little noisy and busy, but is definitely a great stop for a nibble and a chat between classes or on your way to the train station. Most food is made fresh on the day by staff (leftovers go to volunteers at the end of the day or safely stored in the back kitchen refrigerators) and it is well worth it for such low prices and an excellent experience. Plenty of seating is available both inside and outside. Great place for a late breakfast, lunch or snack as you pass through the city.
Enjoy!
