Situated on the fringe of downtown Gold Coast, Mandala Organic Arts is a lively restaurant and cafe, an art gallery, a live music venue, a performance space, a community centre, an education centre, a movie theatre, a kids' play space, and a permaculture garden. Menu consists of brunch items, salads, rice paper rolls, raw pad Thai, Inca bowl, raw pizza, burgers, stir-fries, nachos, roasted cassava chips, kids' meals, garlic/ricotta bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, superfood smoothies, organic sodas from Soho, coffee, tea, locally brewed kombucha from Buchi, caffeine-free chai from Chai Bliss, cocktails, ciders, beers, and wines. Dishes free of gluten, garlic and onions are marked in the menu. Brunch is offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. Almost everything is made on site and each meal is prepared fresh one at a time. Locally sourced organic ingredients are used whenever possible, including milled unbleached organic spelt flour, as well as homemade cashew nut cheese, condiments and sauces. Reservations are accepted. Outdoor seats are available. Food can be ordered for takeaway. Catering service is also offered. The restaurant/cafe accepts credit card payments.
