Tian Ran is a vegan restaurant that offers vegan Asian cuisine. Among those offered are meat, fish and chicken dishes that are vegetable substitutes. Dishes are cooked fresh every day. Seaweed soy slices are used in making the fish; mushrooms chunks in making the beef; gluten and soy protein in making the pork; and soy chunks in producing the chicken. Garlic, onions and MSG are not used in food preparation.
