Lentil as Anything is a "pay as you feel" restaurant that serves healthy and delicious vegetarian food on a trust basis. Ingredients are sourced from local organic food suppliers. Dishes are prepared on site and often served buffet style. Vegan and gluten-free options are also offered. The "pay as you feel" philosophy is simple – the restaurant invites you to pay what you think the food and the experience is worth and invites you also to donate towards a philosophy that places human dignity above profit. All donations and payments are made into an anonymous box. Reservations are accepted. Catering service is also offered.
