Xu's Cooking is a restaurant that offers classic vegetarian dishes and dishes which are meant to look and taste like meat or fish made mostly of soybeans and tofu. A warm lunch buffet consisting of appetizers, main courses, soups, salads and desserts is offered daily. Dishes are prepared using fresh natural ingredients without glutamate. Most dishes are suitable for vegans. The exceptions, like dishes containing egg or cheese, are clearly marked, and can be made vegan. Guests can use the underground car park for a reduced fee.
