Slurps is a vegetarian restaurant that specializes in Indian dishes. Tibetan, Ethiopian, Middle Eastern and other international dishes are also served. Menu includes vegan dishes and most items are gluten-free. Cooking is inspired by the culinary traditions of medieval Indo-Europe and by Ayurveda, which makes use of an infinite number of fragrant spices, flowers, roots and wild herbs that pacify and sublimate the emotions and senses beyond tastes and eating habits. The restaurant also organizes cooking lessons. The shop adjacent to the restaurant sells organic food and wine.
