I loved my quick stop at the Rose Café! I had the Rose Vegan sandwich and it was tasty, refreshing and satisfying. They grow roses as well as vegetables so everything they put in their meals is fresh! The coffee is absolutely incredible and the staff was charming. I recommend it to anyone driving between Québec City and Montréal!
