The Root Cellar is a cafe, juice bar and bakery offering meat, vegetarian and vegan fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menu includes soups, salad bowls, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, flatbreads, sides, artisan breads and pastries, hot beverages, juices, smoothies, and beers from Anglophone Canada's first worker-owned cooperative brewery, the London Brewing Co-operative. Everything is made from scratch in-house. Local, seasonal and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Takeaway is available. Credit cards are accepted. The Root Cellar also works with local artists every month to organize exhibits. Displayed art pieces are for sale. The cafe/juice bar/bakery is run by On The Move Organics, a local and organic produce distribution company specializing in bike delivery and farmers' market retail.
