Saravanaa Bhavan is a contemporary style family restaurant serving authentic South Indian vegetarian food, using the finest quality ingredients. Some of the most favored dishes include the Dosa (giant, rice crispy crepes rolled around a variety of fillings), Idli (steamed rice cakes) and Vada (spicy lentil donuts). Desserts from the South include the Rava Kesari (roasted Sooji sweetened with sugar, mixed with raisins and nuts and garnished with Ghee) and the creamy Payasum (vermicelli stir fried with powdered green cardamoms and raisins in milk).
