Spis is a small 18-seat Nordic restaurant that offers a menu mainly based on vegetables with at least one fish/meat entrée per night. The second sitting offers a four-course surprise menu alongside the standard three-course listing. Sittings are expected to last about two hours or more. The wine list consists of artisan wines and a selection of fine Nordic brews. Only the freshest, seasonal ingredients are used in food preparation. Reservations are accepted.
