Bejte Ethiopia is a cafe and restaurant that offers Ethiopian dishes. Food is served with an enormous, light flat bread (injera) made from sour dough. Injera is then used to scoop up the spicy meat or vegetarian/vegan dishes. Cutlery is not used here. Tej, an Ethiopian honey wine, is also available. Bejte Ethiopia also hosts the traditional coffee ceremony wherein green coffee beans are freshly roasted and their delicious aroma wafts around the room. Herbs and spices are then added to the brewed coffee. Reservations are accepted. Outdoor seats are available. Food can be ordered for takeaway. Delivery and catering services are also offered. The cafe/restaurant accepts credit cards.
