Description
Distinctive vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes take center stage at Amano Verde, the premier restaurant of Radisson Blu Media Harbour Hotel. Menu consists of starters, soups, mains (mock beef skewer, homemade chickpeas-sweet potato-curry, mock king prawns, tomato onion bag, savoy cabbage rolls with pine nuts), pasta dishes (tagliatelle in lemon grass coconut sauce, penne cottura, tagliatelle radicchio), and desserts. Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free fare are marked in the menu. Pasta dishes can also be ordered with gluten-free fusilli noodles. As a passionate vegan, the executive chef Dennis Riesen prefers cooking with local products. Reservations are accepted. The restaurant can seat up to 80 guests. Outdoor seats are available.
