Möhren Milieu Eco Café offers all vegan fare such as breakfast items, soups, salads, bagel sandwiches, burgers, wraps, curries, pizzas, bread, rolls, croissants, freshly squeezed juices, and smoothies. Dishes offered are mostly raw. Local, seasonal and organic ingredients are used in food preparation. Outdoor seats are available. Food can be ordered for takeout. Catering service is also offered. Within the café is a small grocery store selling vegan food, superfood, reusable lunch boxes, eco-friendly water bottles, books, and more. Möhren Milieu Eco Café also has a vegan food truck that operates in various festivals and events within Mainz. The food truck serves vegan doner kebabs, pumpkin pizzas, strawberry kebabs, and kebabs with plum sauce.
