Village the Soul of India is a chain of restaurants themed around a village ambiance. Main courses include jeera pulao, khichdi, Gujarati kadhi, rajma masala, paneer chatpata, as well as a couple of Chinese dishes: veg hakka noodles and vegetable Manchurian gravy. Desserts offered are freshly-fried jalebis, moong dal halwa and kala jamun. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also served. Within the restaurant is a chaniya maniya stall selling chana jor garam, green peas, and peanuts tossed up with onion, dhania patta, and a dash of lime juice. Another vendor inside the restaurant offers hot pakodas from a tokri lined with sal leaves. There is also a counter offering masala dosas.
