Located in the heart of the Lower Parel area, Quattro is a fine dining vegetarian restaurant that serves authentic Italian and Mexican cuisines. Menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, pizzas, pastas, Italian main fare, rice dishes, and Mexican main fare. Beers, wines and sangrias are also available. On the way out is a well stocked deli counter featuring freshly baked bread and other baked goodies, sinful desserts, and a tempting choice of dips, jams, relishes, and oils. Special pelati tomatoes, imported Arborio rice, animal rennet-free cheese, as well as imported Mexican chillies and beans find their way into the Quattro kitchen to add just the right flavor and taste to pastas, sauces, and risottos. Pizzas are made the traditional way, in a wood-fired oven, and using freshly prepared dough. Mexican food is made in tex-mex style. Made from the finest imported Belgian couverture chocolate, the desserts are not only egg-free but gelatine-free as well. Reservations are accepted. Takeaway is available. The restaurant accepts credit cards. Quattro has a very rustic, earthy ambience. A special feature is the live kitchen that allows customers to see for themselves the high standards of hygiene maintained. A private dining room is also available on the top for 15 to 18 people.
