Situated within Solimago Agriturismo which offers eco-friendly apartments set in converted farm cottages, La Cucina Di Solimago is a restaurant that offers Italian vegetarian and vegan meals. Children's menu and homemade goodies such as whole grain bread, fruit juices, jams, pickled olives and extra virgin olive oil are available. The restaurant's wine labels - Sole, Ombra and Bark - are also offered. Dishes are prepared using its own vegetable garden’s fresh organic produce. Reservations are required. The restaurant is open from April to October. Solimago Agriturismo is also an organic farm producing wine, olive oil and fruit conserves.
