I understand they farm their own food and maybe have a cooking school as well. It is connected in a shop that combines recycled goods alongside some new staples. The food is delicious and the serves generous although the menu is safe Asian Western. All meals that are not marked with a fish symbol are vegan. The fish symbol means fish sauce has been used in part of the dish, usually the miso soup. They have an English menu. If you have young children they have a nice seperate room with lower chairs that was quite charming. I ordered a juice which was very nice and only added 330Y to the meal.
