Roots is a cafe and juice bar that offers breakfast items (granola, oatmeal, acai bowl, pudding, muffin), a soup of the day, salads, wraps, quinoa dishes, burgers, Spanish tortilla, specials, homemade raw balls, oatmeal bars, banana bread, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, shots, and more. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and partly vegan. With the exception of two dishes, the menu is also gluten-free. No dairy is being used in smoothies, and also in a lot of the dishes. The menu is also completely free of added sugars. Local, seasonal and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Takeaway is available. All packaging used are biodegradable. The cafe/juice bar also sells a number of cookbooks, as well as slow juice machines. Credit cards are accepted.
