Located opposite Hotel Botanico, Hay Lo Que Hay is an organic vegetarian restaurant that offers a menu featuring soups, salads, fresh homemade pasta dishes (lasagne, tagliatelle in spicy puttanesca sauce, ravioli with butter sage and parmesan), piadines, mock meat dishes (soy ribs, soy chicken), curry couscous, veg pies, baked puff pastry gratin, cakes, cheesecakes, bienmesabe, wines, and more. Vegan and gluten-free options are also served. Reservations are accepted. Outdoor seats are available.

The owners were very friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us. They suggested things from the menu to us when we were unsure what to order and were very willing to fulfill our wishes in terms of vegan options, etc. The food was very good, the prices are more than fair, and of all the vegan/vegetarian places we tried in Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz, I can definitely say that this place had the best food. I highly recommend this place!
