Hermans is a vegetarian restaurant serving buffets for lunch and dinner. Inspiration comes from cuisines all over the world. On the buffet are numerous cold dishes, four to six warm dishes, salads and breads. The buffet also includes beers and sodas for lunch, and coffee and tea for dinner. The buffet is all vegan on Wednesdays. The restaurant boasts a panoramic view of the entire inlet to Stockholm. In the summer, there is plenty of room in the shady garden.
