De Waaghals is a vegetarian restaurant that serves refined and creative food in an informal atmosphere. Organic ingredients are used as much as possible. The menu changes twice a month. A large selection of drinks is available, from various sorts of tea and fruit juices to different kinds of beer (including locally brewed ones) and organic wines. The interior is very comfortable and on nice summer evenings, one can dine outside.
