Cafe Kino is a not-for-profit cooperative owned and operated by its workers and run in part by volunteers. Food offered is vegan and vegetarian. Coffee, tea, cereals, fruits, cakes, muffins, toast, drinks and sandwiches are also available. All coffees can be made with freshly-ground organic/fair trade decaffeinated coffee and are available with fresh soya milk, unsweetened soya milk or organic dairy milk. Teas consist of loose-leaf herbal, fruit, redbush, black, green and organic/fair trade. Many of the ingredients used in food preparation are organic, fair trade and locally sourced.
