Crocus Cafe is a volunteer-led community cafe specializing in healthy and affordable vegetarian food that is organic, fair trade and locally-sourced whenever possible. Menu includes soups, salads, paninis, snacks, desserts, fair trade organic drinks, and more. Vegan and gluten-free options are also served. Every Thursday evening from 19:00 to 22:00, the cafe offers a handmade meal selected from the menu or a candlelit three-course dinner with live acoustic music. On Tuesdays, fair trade tea is free the whole day. During weekends, the cafe offers brunch which includes vegetarian sausages, free-range eggs, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, beans and whole-grain toast, fair trade tea, and more. Everything is made from scratch. Takeaway is available. Catering service is also offered. The cafe is set up as a not-for-profit social enterprise organization.
