A plant-based restaurant/café serving soups, salads, Buddha bowls, sandwiches, hot meals, and cakes. Raw and gluten-free desserts are also offered. Menu changes regularly, based on customer demand and seasonal ingredients. The Cornish Vegan makes its own condiments and sauces, such as vegan butter and vegan mayonnaise. Local, seasonal, organic, and ethically-sourced ingredients are used whenever possible. Reservations and credit cards are accepted. Garden seating is available. Dogs are welcome. The restaurant/café will soon open on Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm, and will serve vegan roast dinners and all-day breakfasts. Within the next few months, it will also open for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings and for special occasions.
