Pho is an open kitchen unit set in The Balcony - a ground-breaking food court overlooking the central atrium and with shared seating. Menu includes salads, pho (Vietnamese noodle soup), vermicelli noodles, pho xao (wok fried noodles), sides, snacks, fresh juices, coffee, tea, beers and wines. Vegetarian/vegan dishes are also served. Pho does not take reservations and operates a first come, first served policy.
