Earthfoods Cafe is a non-profit, student-run vegetarian cafe that offers a menu consisting of soup, salads, entrees, specials, rice and beans, desserts, and drinks. Vegan entrees are also served. Salads are made with the freshest leaves of lettuce, carrot shavings, and pieces of cabbage. Takeaway is available. Catering service is also offered. Earthfoods Cafe also provides a cooperative learning environment for students who are seeking experience in restaurant management. The cafe is open from the second week of each semester until the last week of classes and closed over winter and summer breaks.
