Vge Cafe offers a vegan menu consisting of soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts, and beverages. Two fresh soups are offered daily, rotating through the following: beets borsh, black bean, kale/collard greens, tomato and red pepper, chilli, Colombian potato ajiaco, and wild mushroom Brazilian moqueca. All sandwiches may be prepared as wraps. Everything is prepared from scratch in the premises. Organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Refined grains and sugars as well as canned vegetables are not used in food preparation. Takeaway is available.
