Menu features hot and cold selections, sandwiches/burgers/subs/quesadillas/tacos, entrees (barbecue tofu with rice, fried fish, chick'n drummies, fried chick'n fillets, fried steak, crab cakes, lasagna, barbecue roast with rice, chick'n tenders, ginger spiced tofu), baked goods, and non-alcoholic beverages (freshly pressed/squeezed juices, smoothies/shakes, coffee, tea, bottled drinks). Upon request, dishes can be prepared gluten-free. Everything is freshly prepared in-house daily. Organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Orders for pick-up, delivery and catering can be placed online via NuVegan's website. Credit card payments are accepted. NuVegan also runs a food truck service seasonally.
