A 100% plant-based bistro and brewery that offers the following menus: breakfast, brunch, lunch/dinner, family style, and kids. Among those offered are pancakes, toasts, granolas, burritos, scrambles, chilaquiles, nachos, share plates, soups, salads, bowls, sandwiches/wraps, pizzas, dinner entrees (spicy veggie primavera linguine, eggplant arrabiata, cauliflower piccata, orange 'chicken,' butternut squash ravioli, potato and broccoli perogies), flatbreads, baked soft pretzels, sides, pastries, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks. Raw fare include tacos, coconut ceviche, bowl, and chocolate truffles. Dishes without nuts, gluten, and soy are marked in the menu. Sandwiches and wraps are served with a choice of mixed green salad, house-made tortilla chips, or fresh cut fries. All pizzas are made with organic heirloom white flour crust. Tacos come with organic brown rice and beans. Breakfast items are served on weekdays, while brunch meals are available on weekends. Menus change with the seasons. Only locally sourced organic ingredients are used in food and drink preparation. Reservations are accepted. Takeaway is available. Delivery and catering services are offered. The bistro/brewery accepts credit card payments. Sage also gives two dollars from the sale of each perennial bowl to Kiss the Ground Farmland Program which provides scholarships to farmers for education and training.
