Located within Eugene Saturday Market and the Oregon Country Fair, Tofu Palace is a vegetarian food cart that offers tofu breakfast, salads, tofu tia, tia special, boat 'o tofu, sides, tofu pate, blueberry tofu cheesecake, palace cooler, and more. Tofu tia consists of sprouts and a secret red sauce wrapped in a corntilla. The tia special has all the stuff in a tofu tia, plus avocados, onions, and sour cream wrapped in a flour tortilla. Boat 'o tofu is seasoned, sauteed tofu topped with lettuce mix and gomasio (toasted sesame seeds) and has mild red sauce or sour cream. Palace cooler is a cooling blend of hibiscus, lemon grass and peppermint sweetened with light honey and served over ice with orange wedge and mint sprig. Tofu breakfast, tofu tia, tia special, boat 'o tofu and tofu pate are all vegan. Tofu breakfast is served all day. Everything is for takeaway only.
