A grilled cheese restaurant and beer bar established by the owners of Arlington's historic beer bar, Galaxy Hut. Among those offered are 20 signature grilled cheese sandwiches, baby spinach bowl, and totchos (tots topped with cheese). Customers can also create their own grilled cheese sandwiches, salads, and totchos. Vegan proteins, mozzarella, and condiments are available. Vegan proteins include tempeh bacon, Beyond Meat burger/bratwurst, seitan chicken breast, and JUST Egg patty. Spacebar has 24 craft beer taps. Food can be ordered for takeaway. Credit card payments are accepted. The restaurant/bar admits only those of legal drinking age (21+).
