Description
The World Peace Cafe is the perfect place to start and finish a visit to the
Kadampa Meditation Center. The cafe serves delicious drinks, home-baked
desserts and lighter vegetarian fare. There are glorious views of the pond
and woodland from the veranda, and the relaxed atmosphere is perfect for
quiet conversation, study and reflection. Inspired by the vision of Venerable
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the World Peace Cafe exists to promote peace throughout
the world by directing any profits towards building Kadampa Temples dedicated
to world peace.
