The Detroit Zen Center is a residential community of monks and students who practice daily zen meditation, manual work and sustainable lifestyle. Non-resident members, volunteers and the public are welcome to the center, too. To support the center, we operate an on-site raw-organic-vegan cafe and store featuring locally grown food, and sell our products at farmers markets and stores.
