Situated in a loft above the Autumn Leaves used bookstore in the Ithaca Commons, Ten Forward Cafe serves 100% plant-based fare such as salads, sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, smoothies, shakes, coffee (drip, cold brew), and hot/iced tea. Customers can also create their own salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Sandwiches come with a choice of dressing and a side of greens. All shakes start with a base of frozen bananas, chia seeds, and soy milk. Baked goods are made with organic flour. Takeaway is available. Delivery service is offered. Cash and credit card payments are accepted. The cafe also hosts live music events every Friday at 6 pm.
