Fuel is a funky, completely vegetarian and mostly vegan eatery set inside a vintage filling station. Menu includes roasted root vegetables, roasted squash stuffed with quinoa and figs, collard and mustard greens, herbed gravy (served with or without smoked tofu), brown sugar-glazed sweet potatoes, puff pastry filled with herbed cornmeal stuffing, peanut butter pie, and more. A small but expanding raw menu is also available. Brunch is offered on Sundays. Reservations are accepted and highly recommended. Takeaway is available. Catering service is also offered. Credit cards are accepted.
