Mac'n Food Truck is a vegan food truck that serves up a twist on comfort food classics for lunch and dinner. Menu includes portobello, pea and mozzarella mac 'n cheese; soyrizo and pepperjack mac 'n cheese; homemade jerk black bean burger with tangerine; slaw and spicy mayo; sweet potato and collard green empanadas with chipotle dipping sauce; hand-dipped corn dogs; fresh cut sweet potato fries; fried green tomatoes with spicy and tangy remoulade; pumpkin whoopie pies with cream cheese filling; and more. Gluten-free noodles are also on hand at all times. All sides are gluten-free, while some are soy-free. All cheeses and meats are plant-based alternatives. Organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Mac'n Food Truck also caters to those with food allergies. Everything is served up in biodegradable packaging. Delivery and catering services are also offered.
