Lagusta’s Luscious is a small vegan shop that offers special savories (homemade tempeh, miso), homemade pastries (scratch-baked pain au chocolat, croissants), and artisanal chocolates. All chocolates are organic and fair trade, and more than 95% of the fresh ingredients used are certified organic. The shop works closely with small farmers and producers in New Paltz and across the country to source everything from the Maui vanilla beans to the candy-striped beets. Outdoor seats are available.
