Description
Beyond Sushi is a sushi shop that offers an organic vegan menu consisting of
a multitude of vibrant and artistic sushi rolls and paper wraps filled with
unrefined fruits and vegetables. The sushi rolls are wrapped with black
Chinese forbidden rice and a six grain rice made from rye berries, two types
of barley, brown, red, and black rice. All rolls are topped with customized
tofu and veggie purée sauces to include jalapeño-wasabi, toasted-cayenne,
carrot-ginger, shiitake-teriyaki, mango-chili, and white-miso. Takeaway is
available. Delivery and catering services are also offered.
