Founded by Beyond Sushi chef/owner Guy Vaknin in January 2021, Willow is a Kosher-certified, 100% plant-based bistro offering comfort food in a contemporary setting. The bistro provides a fresh take to classic dishes with elevated flavors and presentation. Menu features finger foods, salads, sandwiches, entrees (“scallop” cacio e pepe, eggplant lasagna, porcini chick’n marsala, “steak” frites, Willow flatbread), lunch specials, sides, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks. Salads are served with grilled ciabatta. Sandwiches come with house salad or hand cut fries (garlic and parsley, Cajun, or sea salt). Lunch specials are available weekdays from 11:30 am to 3 pm. Ingredients include vegetables, grains, and popular plant-based products (Impossible meat, Blackbird seitan, and Violife feta). Reservations are recommended. Food can be ordered for takeaway. Orders for pickup and delivery can be placed online via the bistro's website, DoorDash, GrubHub, Postmates, and UberEats. Willow is also available for private events and large parties. It has 49 seats and can host up to 73 guests for birthdays, showers, receptions, or corporate events. Credit card payments are accepted.
