Sustainable NYC is a vegetarian cafe and eco-boutique that offers homemade vegan soups, organic steel cut oatmeal, cupcakes, specialty muffins and pastries, and vegan double chocolate espresso cookies from Ciao for Now; all natural vegan ice cream from Lula's Sweet Apothecary; as well as organic fair trade coffee and espresso by Brooklyn Roasting Company. Gluten-free ice cream cones are available. Event space is also available in the cafe for parties, presentations, product launches, and workshops. The eco-boutique sells local, organic, fair trade, recycled, re-purposed, biodegradable, and alternative energy products and gifts for women, men, kids, babies and the home.
