Taim Mobile is a food truck that offers a vegetarian menu featuring salads, falafels, sandwiches, platters, spreads, sides, desserts, smoothies, lemonade, tea, and more. Salads and sandwiches come with whole wheat or white pita. Falafels are gluten-free and always fried to order in 0% trans-fat oil. The falafel has three flavors: green (with parsley, cilantro, mint), harissa (mixed with Tunisian spices), and red (mixed with roasted red peppers).
