UniCart is a food cart that offers vegetarian versions of fantasy animals including unicorn, griffin and Loch Ness monster. Menu includes the faux unicorn which is sauteed tofu cut into hearts and stars, caramelized with agave cactus nectar, topped with cinnamon and almonds, and served over a bed of rainbow chard; mock-Loch Ness monster consisting of teriyaki and pineapple stir-fried rice with fried tofu served in monster-sized toasted nori sushi seaweed; and spicy barbeque griffin composed of tofu with garlic, pepper and smokey black tea extract. Vegan and gluten-free options are also served. Outdoor seats are available. Food can be ordered for takeaway. Delivery service is also offered.
