Hobos is a restaurant and bar offering starters (butternut squash curry soup, spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, crostinis with eggplant dip), entrees (mushroom and brie truffle quesadilla with porcini dust, Mediterranean quesadilla with pesto and roasted vegetables, garden burger with roasted veggies, mac with medley of spring vegetables, togarashi tofu with rice noodles and veggie medley), buddha bowls, sides, and desserts (chocolate bread pudding with crème de cocoa, apple cobbler with granola topping, forbidden rice pudding). Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are served. Menu changes daily based on the season, availability of ingredients, and chef's whim. Local and organic ingredients are used as much as possible. The head of the kitchen is Executive Chef Gretchen Hanson who describes her culinary style as Global Eco-Fusion, a celebration of the subtle simplicity of street food from around the world. Reservations are accepted. Outdoor seats are available. Food can be ordered for takeaway. Catering service is also offered. Credit cards are accepted. The restaurant/bar also hosts cooking classes.
