Situated in Unit M of Fallsgrove Village Center, St.Veg is a locally owned and operated restaurant offering a 100% plant-based menu of shareable/tapas, soups, salads, bowls, burgers and sandwiches, sides, and non-alcoholic drinks. Menu includes dishes without gluten, soy, and nuts. Bowls come with a choice of jasmine white rice, organic brown rice, or organic lettuce mix. Gluten-free baguettes are also offered for sandwiches. All menu items are prepared from scratch and made fresh daily using locally sourced produce and organic ingredients whenever possible. Everything is free of processed mock meats, genetically modified ingredients, food additives, and chemical preservatives. Outdoor seats are available. Food can be ordered for takeaway. The restaurant uses food containers, utensils, cups, and straws that are made from plants and 100% compostable. Credit card payments are accepted.
