Casa de Luz is a 100% vegan restaurant that serves macrobiotic food in a community setting. Breakfast is a buffet-style organic vegan meal. Each morning, handmade tortillas, beans, porridge, greens (with sauce), vegetables, soup and hot kukicha tea are served. Lunch and dinner consist of soup, side salad, and an entree plate with grains, greens, vegetables, beans and pickled vegetables. Each meal is prepared with fresh organic produce. Kukicha tea and cold lemongrass tea are always complimentary. Organic vegan desserts such as puddings, kantens, pies, fruit tarts, nut tarts and fruit crunches are also offered. The restaurant also offers a weekend brunch. Outdoor seats are available. Food can be ordered for takeaway.
