This is the Sipz flagship location, and that being said I think it's important to note that everything I've tried on their menu is delicious (and the desserts - specifically the coconut/mung bean creation - are amazing), but the Clairemont location (this one) is inferior to the North Park (30th street) location. I've been denied simple substitution requests that are ALWAYS accommodated at the 30th st location (swapping out bamboo for pepper, holding jalapeno etc), and I've routinely been served smaller portions with less sauce here as well. It's still the same great food, but you get more "bang" for your buck at the other location.
