Nestled in the North Park neighborhood, Veg-N-Out is a small vegetarian and vegan restaurant that offers a menu consisting of salads, gourmet specialty burgers, jumbo veggie dogs, specialty sandwiches, gourmet hot sandwiches, sides, kids meal, desserts, smoothies, coconut juice, tea, and more. All salads are served with garlic herbed toast. Gourmet burgers are served on a wheat bun with a choice of hand-cut potato wedges, daily side, or green salad. Specialty sandwiches are served toasted on wheat, sourdough, or squaw bread with a choice of green salad or daily side. Vegan and gluten-free options are also offered. Only unrefined sugar, olive oil, sea salt, and mostly natural ingredients are used in food preparation. All fried foods are cooked using canola oil. Outdoor seats are available.
