Seed and Salt is a small cafe offering a Northern California chef-driven cuisine that is purely plant-based and organic. Menu consists of breakfast items (horchata chia pudding, chickpea frittata), daily soup, seasonal salads, sandwiches, daily specials, freshly baked muffins/breads, spreads, desserts, juices, smoothies, almond milk, hot cacao, coffee, and tea. Raw dishes are also served. The daily soup is served with crostini 7. All sandwiches come with Seed and Salt pickles, and served on whole grain bread or as a collard wrap. Desserts are made in house daily using natural sweeteners such as maple, coconut sugar, sorghum molasses, and lucuma powder. Everything is free of gluten, refined sugar, trans fats and genetically modified ingredients. Only ethically and locally sourced produce are used in food preparation. The cafe has seats for 12 people. Takeaway is available. Catering service is also offered.
